Last season she was a finalist in the Classical Singer Convention Young Artist Competition in San Francisco, and has been an Oregon District winner in the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions.

Soprano Natalie Gunn is an exceptional young talent from the Pacific Northwest. Her clear, beautiful voice and intelligent, artistic style bring colorful interpretations to concert and opera stages throughout the region.

Natalie has been featured by many leading companies, such as the Portland Baroque Orchestra, the Columbia Symphony Orchestra, The Oregon Mozart Players, Northwest Performing Arts, Portland SummerFest, the Olympia Symphony, and Portland Opera. Her favorite roles include Adina in The Elixir of Love, Zerlina in Don Giovanni, Adele in Die Fledermaus, and Polly in The Beggar's Opera. Natalie studies voice with the legendary Ellen Faull, and works regularly with luminaries Sheri Greenawald, Richard Bower, and Dean Williamson. Natalie began 2008 by winningthe Clifford Bair Award at the prestigous National Opera Association's Artists Competition, and most recently won the Oregon District NATS Artist Award Competition.
