Oberlin College Conservatory (MM); Hartt School (GPD); McGill University (BM). Emlyn is Concertmaster of Tempesta di Mare (Philadelphia), Associate Concertmaster of Apollo’s Fire and the Cleveland Baroque Orchestra. He is the violinist of the Adaskin String Trio.

His past affiliations include Boston Baroque, Smithsonian Chamber Players, Tafelmusik and Washington Bach Consort. Presently Emlyn is on the faculty at the Hartt School, University of Hartford and has taught at Boston and McGill Universities. He was a First Prize recipient in the Locatelli Concours in Amsterdam. He has solo, chamber music and orchestra CDs on Vanguard Classics, Musica Omnia, ATMA, Centaur, Eclectra, Telarc, Chandos and Harmonia Mundi labels.
