Sixth season in Carmel, Sally-Anne has performed in concerts, recitals and on the operatic stage in America, The Netherlands, Austria, the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, New Zealand, Japan, Canada and her native Australia. A ve
rsatile operatic artist, she appears frequently in the music of Rossini, Berlioz, Mozart, Prokofiev, Verdi, Bizet, Handel, Puccini and Purcell.
She has sung a multitude of roles with Opera Australia and the Victoria State Opera. Sally-Anne has performed opera in Britain, Cologne, at Washington's Kennedy Center and at the Festival of Two Worlds in Spoleto, Italy. Recent engagements include the Victoria Symphony and the Pacific Baroque Orchestra in Canada, the Australian Chamber Orchestra for Sydney Festival, frequent appearances with the Melbourne and the Adelaide Symphony Orchestras, as well as the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra, the Seoul National Symphony and the Christchurch Symphony in New Zealand. She is also a member of the International Jury for the Kathaumixw Festival in Canada and for the Belvedere International Singing Competition. She has recorded numerous CDs including "Bach Arias and Duets," Handel's Semele, Purcell's Fairy Queen, Pergolesi's Stabat Mater and The Love of Three Oranges conducted by Richard Hickox.
