Festival Soloists: Stephanie McNab

Principal Flute – Sausalito, CA

Stephanie joined the San Francisco Opera Orchestra as piccolo in 2002.  She regularly performs with the San Francisco Symphony and Ballet orchestras.  Her former orchestral appointments include the Buffalo Philharmonic, New Mexico Symphony, and the Long Beach Symphony.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Stephanie received a BA from the University of California at Los Angeles.  She has been featured in several solo performances, including an appearance with the Los Angeles Philharmonic and in recital at Cal Tech's Dabney Hall, where she was a visiting faculty member.
