| Adminstration |
| The Festival office and backstage production office benefits from volunteer assistance from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. (During the Summer Festival, weekend hours will be added.) Volunteer receptionists greet the public, answer the phone and assist with general office needs. |

Ticketing |
| The Ticketing Department is particularly in need of volunteers to take and process ticket orders. Responsibilities range from data entry in our easy ticketing software program to assisting patrons in the box office during performance times. Volunteers are provided with in-depth information and training. |

Ushers |
|
Volunteers can assist on the production side of the Festival as ushers, ticket handlers and by distributing programs. Training is provided and volunteers work with our Patron Services Manager and the Sunset Theater House Manager.

Performance |
| Volunteers carry banners and candles at the Wednesday evening Mission Concerts. A training session/rehearsal is held before the first concert by the Banner Coordinator. |

Artist Transportation |
| Every year Bob Mulford arranges transportation for our arriving musicians from Sunset Center or the airport to their respective housing locations. The musicians arrive in early July, and depart mid August. If you have any time, your assistance will be greatly appreciated and you will have a wonderful experience meeting our artists first hand. |

Hospitality |
| Refreshments are served to our musicians and stage crew during rehearsal breaks and concert intermissions and at special after-concert receptions, held backstage on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. Your assistance with set-up, serving (food and beverage is provided) and clean-up will be very much appreciated. |
